  • What do you love about The Wolf School?

I really appreciate the creativity that’s allowed here and the willingness to do whatever it takes to reach all children.

  • What have you done recently that you are proud of?

I am happy and proud to be getting back to the teacher I always wanted to be. In past jobs, I needed to “teach to the test” and couldn’t veer from anything that wasn’t prescribed in the curriculum. It became unmotivating and making the move to Wolf has brought me back to what I remember teaching can be. My entire quality of life is better now and I am so grateful to be here.

  • What helps you learn new things?

I am definitely a hands-on learner and I learn best when I try things over and over again. I also rely on other people to get help when I have to learn something new.

  • What is your favorite form of movement?

Swimming! And I’m really into stretching right now.

  • Who is your role model?

I look up to so many people here at Wolf, especially Anna Johnson (Head of School), Maureen Gagne (Middle School English/History Teacher), and my Teaching Assistant, Lauren Hunt. In my personal life, my parents and my husband are my role models.
